I have the luxury of having four seperate Chorus effects to draw on. Three of these are in pedal/floor unit format and one of them is the UC200. The Chorus effect from this unit is very usable and quite clean and defined. It doesn’t have the Hi/Lo cut filter many units have to limit the hum of the sweep path, though you could argue that you only notice this in a studio or when the unit is on but you are not playing. Anyone who buys this unit will be rewarded with rich Chorus effects at a budget price. The only drawback with the unit is the flimsy knob array which seem to move ever so easily and look to be the units weakest point. The pedal, like all Behringer’s units at this price is moulded ABS with a silent switch mounted onto a metal base. For the price it’s great though you may want a more rugged unit for gigging. At this price though you can put together a decent home pedalboard for not a great deal of money.
